All participants must be pre-registered and pre-paid. Payment must accompany registration to ensure attendance. No confirmation will be sent. Please mail your registration early enough to ensure that we have received it.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to sign in and get settled. Late arrivals distract everyone and may result in you being turned away. Please be prepared to stay until the end to receive your certificate of training. Those who leave early will not receive the certificate.

There are no refunds except in the event the presenters’ need to re-schedule the event. This usually would only happen with inclement weather. Please visit our web site to check on cancellations. Any cancellations will be posted on the calendar. In the event of a cancelation for other than weather we will try to contact each individual. There are no refunds for those who arrive too late to attend.

Please come prepared to take notes and participate. Please bring a pen and paper. We will provide handouts at the end of the workshop. We have found that when we provide the handouts at the beginning, people tend to look at those and are not on task with where we are in the presentation.

Please provide the best way to contact you in the event of an emergency requiring cancellation of the event.
